cryptomonster are an established UK digital asset P2P exchange with a focus on a customer-first flawless experience.
We currently sell Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Zcash, Ripple, DASH, Stellar Lumens, EOS & Litecoin. We’re looking at adding more assets all the time, we stay tuned - we’ll always announce new assets well ahead of when we add them.
We currently only accept UK bank transfer via Faster Payments (FP). With this payment option, we are able to release your coins the minute a bank transfer goes through successfully. FP in most cases is instant, but you’ll have to check with your bank if this is supported. You can find out more information on the FP scheme on the Faster Payments website.
When you order through cryptomonster, you are connected to our selected digital asset specialists (real human beings) that process your order. Once you’ve chosen the amount of coins you’d like to purchase using our simple order form, an order is placed into a queue to be accepted by a digital asset specialist.
Once the order has been accepted by a digital asset specialist, it will present the required payment information to you so that you can pay for your order. Currently, this is a UK Bank Sort Code and Account Number. It’s important to note the order reference number presented, so that a transaction can be allocated to your order on the digital asset specialist’s side. You’ll want to add this when you pay for your order.
When you have successfully paid for your order with your bank, it’s a perfect opportunity to mark your order as paid. This lets the digital asset specialist know that your order has been paid for.
Once the payment is received, the digital asset specialist will then process the transaction and our platform will send you notification of completion. With completion, you receive a transaction link that allows you to see your purchase on the respective blockchain.
Our current pricing structure for all coins doesn’t support payments through debit/ credit cards. Sadly, we don’t currently have the capacity to check for the fraud that is related to charge-backs with this method. There would also be a price increase to all of our coins to cover this potential fraud, which we’re not prepared to do.
